Data Principles Future data features should be transparent, consent-based and limited.

Data principles

User-first rules for future data features.

User first. Consent always.

These principles describe how future NERIA data features should be shaped. This first public version does not collect, store or submit personal responses through the site.

Core principles

  • The user remains central.
  • Sharing is consent-based.
  • Only the minimum necessary data should be used.
  • People should be able to understand who can see what.
  • Any future sharing should be clear, chosen and limited.
  • There should be no hidden Advisor or Organisation access.
  • Research use requires separate consent.
  • Junior-specific areas require additional safeguards before use.

Current boundary

These are public principles, not a live data sharing system, account system or stored response system. This first version does not create accounts, Advisor access, Organisation workspaces, research enrolment, junior-specific areas or Forvix integration.
